This is full time job offer for Jewellery Sales Executives located in Mukkam,Kozhikode Dt.The role involves assisting customers in the selection and purchase of jewellery, building strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining product displays, staying updated on product knowledge, driving sales targets, and handling customer inquiries professionally. The role also includes coordinating with team members and adhering to company standards for merchandising and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers effectively.
Sales and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets and close deals efficiently.
Customer service orientation, ensuring a positive shopping experience and addressing customer needs promptly.
Teamwork and collaboration skills to work with colleagues in a fast-paced retail environment.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain product displays and manage inventory accurately.
Basic knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, and product trends is an advantage.
Proficiency in Malayalam and/or English communication is preferred.
Prior experience in Jewellery retail or sales roles is compulsory.
