Identify and acquire new clients to drive business growth.
Present company services and solutions clearly and effectively to potential clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure and client onboarding.
Conduct meetings with clients via
Google Meet
and travel to client locations when required.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and provide the right solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and regularly update
CRM/sales trackers

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to company revenue.
Provide timely feedback and reports to management on client interactions and new opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of proven experience
in sales (tech or service-based industries preferred).
Excellent
communication and presentation skills
, both virtual and in-person.
Comfortable using platforms like
Google Meet, Zoom
, and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
Self-motivated, target-driven,
and able to work independently.
Strong
negotiation, client-handling, and problem-solving
skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and map them to company offerings.
