\xe2\x97\x8f Listening to the customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to generate repeat sales.
\xe2\x97\x8f Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
\xe2\x97\x8f Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
\xe2\x97\x8f Answering customers\xe2\x80\x99 questions on the products.
\xe2\x97\x8f Meeting sales quotas. Sales Sales Executive Requirements:
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in sales.
\xe2\x97\x8f Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
\xe2\x97\x8f A commitment to excellent customer service.
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\xe2\x97\x8f Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
\xe2\x97\x8f Competency in microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
