We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and present sales reports to management. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: MBA /BBA or B.Com graduate.

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Location: Motera, Ahmedabad

Proficient in English or Hindi (spoken and written).

Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate social media tools.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Prior experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus.
