Position: Sales Executive

Shift Timing

Night Shift (PST Time Zone)

Approx. 6:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST

Employment Type: Full-time (In-office)

Key Responsibilities

Client Outreach & Acquisition

Make outbound calls to U.S.-based leads

Follow structured sales scripts & workflows

Pitch Libre Tax Service offerings (Tax, Accounting, Bookkeeping)

Sales & Conversion

Convert warm and cold leads into paying clients

Maintain monthly targets and achieve bonus opportunities

Build relationships with potential clients through trust & clarity

CRM & Reporting

Maintain detailed records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups

Update CRM dashboards daily

Prepare weekly sales performance reports

Coordination & Support

Work closely with the U.S. team (PST)

Coordinate with bookkeeping, tax, and marketing departments

Assist clients with onboarding steps after closing

Education & Experience

Graduate / Undergraduate accepted

Freshers with strong communication skills welcome

Prior sales or call center experience is a plus

Skills & Attributes

Excellent English communication (spoken + written)

Confident on phone calls

High energy & persuasion ability

Target-oriented & disciplined

Comfortable working U.S. night shift

Other Requirements

Must be ready to join immediately

Must work from the Ahmedabad office (Navrangpura)

Must be comfortable with outbound calling & pressure handling
