Partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical inquiries from potential clients.
Design and present custom solutions that address specific customer pain points.
Serve as a liaison between customers and the product or engineering teams.
Support post-sales activities such as onboarding, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Stay updated with industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing Experience
Proven experience (2+ years) in a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales, or similar customer-facing technical role.
Strong understanding of [insert relevant technologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
