Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and

results-driven Sales Executive to join our team

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

calling potential clients, generating leads, managing customer interactions, and closing deals

. You will play a key role in growing the business by

building relationships, addressing client queries, and solving problems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and connect with potential clients

to understand their needs and requirements

Generate and qualify leads

by identifying interested customers

Manage customer calls

professionally and ensure a positive experience

4. Close sales deals and achieve targets

5. Handle client queries, issues, and provide timely resolutions

6. Maintain and update the CRM or lead management system

7. Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless communication

8. Follow up with leads and clients to drive conversions

9. Report daily activities and performance metrics

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

2. Ability to handle objections and problem-solve

3. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

4. Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment

5. Prior experience in sales or tele-calling is a plus but not mandatory

6. Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
