Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients in the

home decor, hospitality, FMCG packaging, and retail sectors.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with

distributors, dealers, gift shops, hotels, restaurants, and packaging companies.

Present and promote various

glass products

(utensils, bottles, jars, showpieces, chandeliers, etc.) to clients. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions and quotations. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to close profitable deals. Coordinate with the

production and dispatch teams

to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain detailed sales records, client databases, and sales reports. Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activity, gather market intelligence, and identify new opportunities. Participate in

trade exhibitions, B2B meetings, and promotional events

to enhance brand awareness. Provide feedback to management regarding product performance, customer preferences, and emerging market trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in

sales of glassware, home decor, packaging materials, or FMCG products.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of

glass product categories, pricing trends, and customer segments.

Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and exhibitions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working with

dealers/distributors in household items or decorative product segments.

Understanding of

glass molding, packaging standards, and export requirements

(if applicable). Established client network in retail or wholesale markets.
