We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented
Sales Executive
to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving targets. This role offers a
competitive base salary
along with
monthly incentives of up to ₹40,000
based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and leads.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Present products/services to potential customers and conduct product demonstrations.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
12th Pass.
0-3 years of relevant sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Knows MS Excel
Goal-driven and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
