Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry outreach.
Collaborate with the internal team to achieve sales targets.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Collect customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Prepare and manage sales contracts and documentation.
Clearly communicate proposals and product benefits to customers.
Track and evaluate individual and team sales performance.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Resolve customer issues proactively before order closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Government and Corporate clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service for long-term retention.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience in selling products like
ANPR, UVSS, CCTV, and entrance security systems
.
Strong understanding of the security and surveillance industry and its technical requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
