As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Truevisory Realty, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the real-estate domain (residential / commercial), generating leads, converting prospects into clients, executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating across teams to meet revenue and brand-growth targets.
Sales
Identify and approach potential clients (individual buyers, investors, developers, brokers) and generate qualified leads.
Conduct presentations, property site visits, virtual tours, demo meetings, and negotiate deals with clients.
Achieve or exceed set sales targets, quotas and objectives within assigned territory or segment.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, follow up leads, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, proposals and contracts as required.
Monitor competitors, market conditions, pricing, supply/demand trends in the local real-estate market
