Lumenza is a premium home and lifestyle brand known for combining functionality with refined design. To strengthen our B2B footprint in North India, we are hiring driven field sales professionals for the Lucknow market.
Expand the company's B2B client base by onboarding retailers, distributors, architects, interior designers, and corporate buyers.
Conduct field visits to present products, explain features, and convert leads into sales.
Drive monthly revenue targets and contribute to territory growth.
Maintain strong relationships through regular follow-ups and customer support.
Coordinate orders and ensure smooth post-sale experience.
Collect market feedback and stay informed about competitor movements.
Eligibility Criteria
1-3 years of experience in B2B or field sales (home furnishings, lifestyle products, appliances, or FMCG experience preferred).
Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with frequent travel.
