with destination knowledge in
Sikkim and Nepal
to help our clients explore these beautiful and sacred places.
Key Responsibilities
? Promote and sell tour packages for Sikkim and Nepal
? Provide expert advice on itineraries, accommodations, and local experiences
? Generate leads, handle inquiries, and close sales targets
? Build and maintain relationships with customers and travel partners
? Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries and offering tailored solutions
? Collaborate with the team to improve campaigns and marketing strategies
? Prepare reports and maintain CRM records
Requirements
? Minimum 1 year experience in travel sales or related field
? Strong knowledge of Sikkim and Nepal's tourist attractions, culture, routes, and accommodations
? Excellent communication skills in
Hindi and English
- both spoken and written
? Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
? Ability to work independently and in a team environment
? Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
? Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
