Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and present
monthly sales forecasts and collection reports
to ensure targets are achieved.
Contribute market insights and research to the development of the
annual and quarterly marketing and sales strategy
.
Business Development & Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Actively
generate new business leads
and develop a robust sales pipeline.
Acquire new customers
while simultaneously nurturing and growing relationships with the
existing customer base
to maximize sales potential.
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
and loyalty through superior service and support.
Technical & Logistical Coordination
Conduct
product trials and technical presentations
at customer sites, documenting and presenting a formal
trial report
afterward.
Coordinate with the Commercial Department
to manage the logistics of timely and safe product delivery to customers.
