The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting the college's academic programs, generating leads, converting inquiries into admissions, and achieving enrollment targets. The role involves developing relationships with students, parents, schools, and other institutions to increase student admissions and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote the college's courses, programs, and facilities to prospective students and parents.
Handle admission inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to achieve conversion targets.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and counseling sessions at schools, colleges, and education fairs.
Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain and update lead and inquiry records in CRM or database.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets as per management goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational consultants, schools, and career counselors.
Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, BCOM or BBA or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and local languages.
Target-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
