: Junior Advertising Sales Executive

Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Advertising Sales Executive with one year of proven experience to join our dynamic team. This role will support revenue growth by prospecting new clients, assisting in the development of tailored advertising proposals, and ensuring high client satisfaction through effective relationship management and support.

Key Responsibilities



Prospecting and Lead Generation

: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research to build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, serving as a primary point of contact to ensure their needs are met.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations

: Assist senior executives in preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals that communicate the value of the agency's advertising solutions (e.g., digital marketing, print, media).

Collaboration

: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics departments, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client satisfaction.

Reporting and Analysis

: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and assist in generating reports on sales performance and market trends.

Market Awareness

: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising technologies to help refine sales strategies and inform clients effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Experience

: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably within an advertising agency, media, or a related B2B sales environment.

Education

: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is often preferred.

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.

Technical Proficiency

: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office Suite, and a basic understanding of digital advertising platforms (SEO, PPC, social media).

Personal Attributes

: A self-motivated, results-driven individual with a positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
