Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives who can manage field sales operations, create strong retail relationships, and drive product placement across assigned territories. This is an on-ground role requiring regular market visits, retailer meetings, and active product promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retailers, distributors, and wholesalers daily to promote and sell Tharpure products.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure market coverage as per assigned routes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with kirana stores, FMCG outlets, and modern trade partners.
Identify new market opportunities and onboard new retailers.
Track competitor activity, pricing, and promotions.
Ensure proper product display, visibility, and stock availability.
Share daily reports, sales updates, and field insights with the team.
Handle customer queries and provide product details as required.
Requirements
12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in FMCG, dairy, beverages, or field sales is an advantage.
Comfortable with daily field visits and achieving sales targets.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
