Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented

Sales Executive

to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate must have strong negotiation skills, experience in client handling, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales. This role requires active site visits, follow-ups, and end-to-end sales management.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct

customer site visits

at various property locations and provide complete project insights. Handle incoming sales inquiries and convert leads into clients through consultative selling. Manage sales calls, follow-up calls, and maintain proper lead tracking. Achieve targeted sales goals with a

result-oriented

approach. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business. Coordinate with the sales manager and marketing team for lead updates. Present property options, pricing details, and project features clearly to clients. Assist clients in completing bookings, documentation, and closing formalities.

Skills & Requirements



Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience

is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to convince and convert high-quality clients. Should be comfortable with fieldwork and regular customer site visits. Result-driven, self-motivated, and target-focused. Basic computer and CRM knowledge is preferred. Good understanding of the local property market.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
