The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and increasing company revenue through field and/or institutional sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
Promote company products/services to potential clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market visits, cold calls, and follow-ups
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up
Order & Reporting
Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management
Coordinate with operations/dispatch for timely delivery
Maintain customer database and sales records
Market Intelligence
Collect market feedback and competitor information
Suggest pricing, promotional offers, and sales strategies
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / sales reporting
Ability to work in the field and handle pressure
