Your Role at a Glance
As our Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of business growth, responsible for:
Building strong, long-term relationships
with clients -- both existing and new
Spotting business opportunities
through smart market research and competitor analysis
Driving revenue
by meeting (and exceeding!) monthly and quarterly sales goals
Collaborating
with marketing and product teams to craft impactful, tailored sales strategies
Reporting on performance
and sharing actionable insights
Following up regularly
to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution
Representing our brand
at events, meetings, and networking opportunities
Collecting client feedback
to continuously enhance our offerings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1-2 years of proven experience in a sales or client-facing role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
Proficiency in CRM tools and Office tools
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
