1. Having proper English communication , Enthusiastic candidates keen to learn and exposure, Explaining property details to the buyers, Converting leads into business.

2. Handling negotiation, client query.

3. Maintaining relationship with developers as well as with client.

4. Maintaining rapport with the client and customers of the company.

5. Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.

6. Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.

Desired Candidate Profiles:

1. Should be a graduate or post graduate from reputed university

2. Good communication skills and should not had its own business in real estate

3. Should be placed in Bangalore and should not have personal RERA.

4. Ready to work against the timing

5. Vehicle is must for Male (Either 2 W & 4W)

6. Negotiation skills, analytical skills required

7. Saturday & Sunday will be working in field(site),Tuesday will be weekly off

8. Typical and hardcore sell skills will be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
