Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include researching market trends, preparing sales presentations, conducting client meetings, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in market research and preparation of sales presentations
Ability to collaborate with marketing teams and develop promotional strategies
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work under minimal supervision
Familiarity with the land investment industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
