Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for automation solutions
Manage key industrial clients and large automation projects
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
Identify new markets and business opportunities
Work closely with engineering and project teams
Forecast sales, set targets, and monitor performance
Negotiate high-value contracts and close strategic deals
Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in industrial automation sales
Strong knowledge of automation products and solutions
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
Ability to handle key accounts and high-value projects
