Senior Sales Executive - Travel Company


(Location: Ahmedabad | Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins Create customized travel packages based on client needs Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after bookings Follow up on leads, close sales, and upsell/cross-sell products Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and tour operators Maintain records using CRM tools

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the travel or hospitality industry Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, CRM software, and MS Office Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
