Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound leads and explain project details to potential buyers.
Schedule and conduct property site visits.
Negotiate, close bookings, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Coordinate with CRM and finance teams for smooth documentation.
Qualification: Graduates/Relevant Experience
Experience: 1 - 4 Years in real estate (handling farmland projects is a plus)
Key Skills:
Excellent English communication & proficiency in 2 regional languages.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Lead generation and follow-up ability.
Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
