Job Description

Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold

calling, emails, and networking.

? Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and

determine how our offerings can meet their needs.

? Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent

customer service and support.

? Sales Presentations: Deliver effective sales presentations to showcase our products or services and

persuade clients to make a purchase.

? Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals,

ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.

? Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and

performance metrics.

? Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to

the overall success of the organization

Required Skills-

? A good knowledge of the material and production is beneficial

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

? Self-motivated and results-oriented

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

? Knowledge of our industry or products

? Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges

? Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

? Basic Knowledge of Computers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
