The Sales & Event Manager will be responsible for driving event sales, building strong client relationships, and executing successful events from concept to completion. This role requires a dynamic, organized, and target-oriented professional with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in event planning and management.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Identify and generate new business leads for events, partnerships, and corporate bookings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and vendors.
Create and present event proposals, quotations, and sales pitches.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a database of potential clients and regularly follow up.
Event Planning & Management
Coordinate all aspects of event execution, including decor, production, entertainment, logistics, and hospitality.
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
Conduct site visits, pre-event briefings, and post-event evaluations.
Ensure all events meet brand standards, budgets, and timelines.
Client Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from planning to post-event.
Understand client requirements and translate them into detailed event plans.
Handle client queries, changes, and approvals in a professional manner.
Marketing & Promotion
Collaborate with the marketing team for event promotional activities.
Support digital/social media campaigns for event visibility and sales.
