Key Responsibilities
*Cost Analysis & Estimation: Analyze client requirements, technical specs, and site data to prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates.
*Proposal Development: Develop competitive bids, quotations and proposals for clients, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
*Collaboration: Work closely with sales, project, accounting, and quality teams to refine estimates and resolve issues.
*Client Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand needs, present solutions, negotiate pricing, and build relationships.
*Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry standards to optimize strategies.
*Reporting: Manage administrative tasks, providing detailed status updates and reports.
