Responsibilities

Experience in HVAC sales and Estimation. Meeting with MEP Contractors, Architects, Builders, Dealers, Vendors for
commercial range of HVAC Product (VRF, Ductable, Cassette, Split, AHU)

Preparation of techno-commercial offers and submission to the clients. To do the final negotiation to finalize the orders. To supervise the execution of order till the delivery of material to the customer.
Period.

Develop detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems within commercial and residential projects Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documents to gather information and prepare accurate estimations Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements Research and source pricing for materials, labor, and equipment Prepare and present estimates to management and clients Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and risks within project proposals Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry standards, advancements, and trends Track and report on estimation metrics and project costs Assist in contract negotiations and subcontractor/vendor selections Ensure all estimates comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and company policies
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Proven experience in sales & cost estimation for HVAC projects Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and design standards Familiarity with estimating software and tools Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Attention to detail and accuracy in work Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective time management and organizational skills Professional engineering license (PE) preferred
Skills

HVAC design and analysis AutoCAD Microsoft Excel and other Office applications Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Understanding of construction codes and standards Excellent written and verbal communication Negotiation and contract management Problem-solving and critical thinking

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
