Job Description

Role Summary:


The Sales & Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing project cost estimates, BOQs, and supporting the sales team in bidding, proposals, and client interactions for HVAC/MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, and rate analysis for HVAC/MEP projects. Study tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications. Perform quantity take-offs for HVAC systems (ducting, piping, equipment, insulation, etc.). Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing. Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations. Support sales team in client meetings and technical discussions. Track enquiries, follow up with clients, and support order closure. Assist in budget comparison and value engineering.

Required Skills:



Knowledge of HVAC/MEP systems and components. Ability to read drawings and specifications. Basic costing, estimation, and negotiation skills. Familiar with Excel and basic project costing tools. Good communication and presentation skills.

Qualification & Experience:



Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. 2-3 years experience in HVAC/MEP estimation or technical sales.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
