Job Summary:

As a Sales & Estimation Engineer (Electrical) in the HVAC Cleanroom Department, you will be responsible for preparing detailed electrical cost estimations, technical proposals, and supporting the sales team in presenting optimized design solutions to clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and cleanroom sectors. You will work closely with the design, project, and procurement teams to ensure accurate and competitive bidding aligned with client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1)

Review project specifications and client requirements for HVAC cleanroom projects.

2)

Prepare accurate technical and commercial estimates, costing sheets, and BOQs.

3)

Coordinate with the design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of estimations.

4)

Assist the sales team with technical support, presentations, and proposal submissions.

5)

Understand regulatory requirements for cleanroom design (e.g., ISO, GMP) and ensure compliance in all estimations.

6)

Conduct site visits for technical assessment and pre-bid evaluations when necessary.

7)

Analyze and compare vendor quotations to ensure cost-effective solutions.

8)

Build and maintain strong client relationships for business development and repeat orders.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification

:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience

:

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Estimation in HVAC, Cleanroom, or Pharmaceutical projects.

Technical Skills

:

Strong understanding of electrical systems used in HVAC and cleanroom environments.

Experience in preparing electrical BOQ, cost estimation, and technical proposals.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and estimation tools/software.

Knowledge of electrical standards, safety codes, and pharmaceutical industry regulations (GMP, FDA, etc.).

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and schematics.

Soft Skills

:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams and clients.

Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy in estimations.

Additional Preferences

:

Experience in HVAC/Cleanroom projects within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

Familiarity with tendering processes and vendor interactions for electrical components.

Note :- Candidate must have experience into HVAC Cleanroom in Pharmaceutical sector/ industry.
