Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Enrollment Executive to manage student inquiries, provide program guidance, and handle the complete enrollment process for our EdTech programs. This inside sales role focuses on tele-counseling, lead management, and converting prospective students into successful enrollments
Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students
Clearly explain course details, learning formats, and program benefits
Conduct tele-counseling sessions to guide students in choosing suitable programs
Manage inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
Follow up consistently to ensure timely enrollments
Maintain accurate lead records, interaction history, and updates in the CRM system
Share brochures, fee details, and program documents as required
Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory)
0-3 years of experience in inside sales, counseling, or business development
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
Good listening skills with a student-centric counseling approach
Comfortable with phone-based and virtual interactions
Organized, proactive, and disciplined with follow-ups
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital platforms is a plus
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
