inside sales role
focused on tele-counseling, lead management, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students
Explain course details, learning formats, and program advantages clearly
Conduct tele-counseling sessions to help students choose suitable programs
Manage inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
Follow up consistently to drive timely enrollments
Update CRM with lead details, interaction history, and status updates
Share brochures, fee details, and program documents as required
Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams for smooth onboarding
Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory)
0-3 years of experience in inside sales, counseling, or business development
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
Good listening skills with a student-centric counseling approach
Comfortable with phone-based and virtual interactions
Organized, proactive, and disciplined with follow-ups
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital platforms is an advantage
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
