Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students
Provide accurate information on courses, learning formats, and program benefits
Conduct tele-counseling sessions to guide students in selecting the right programs
Manage inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure timely conversions
Update CRM with lead details, communication history, and status changes
Share brochures, fee structures, and program documents as required
Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams for smooth onboarding
Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory)
0-3 years of experience in inside sales, counseling, or business development
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
Excellent listening skills with a student-focused counseling approach
Comfortable with phone and virtual interactions
Organized, proactive, and disciplined with follow-ups
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms is a plus
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday
