Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Enquiry Development



Identify potential customers in construction, industries, commercial buildings, residential projects, hospitals, malls, etc. Build relationships with consultants, architects, contractors and facility managers. Maintain database of active enquiries and prospects.

2. Site Survey & Technical Requirement Study



Conduct site visits for quantity take-off and understanding client requirements. Identify system requirements (Hydrant, Sprinkler, Fire Pump, Fire Alarm, Gas Suppression, etc.). Share site inputs with estimation & design teams for BOQ and costing.

3. Preparing Proposals & Technical Offers



Coordinate with estimation/design teams for quotation preparation. Verify that the proposal matches tender drawings/specifications. Submit technical & commercial proposals to the client on time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
