Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development



Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory. Expand dealer/distributor network and onboard new industrial customers. Drive business growth in key electrode categories (MS 6013, MS 7018, MIG, SS, Hardfacing electrodes).

Customer Relationship Management



Build long-term partnerships with dealers and end-users. Conduct product demos, trials, and application support. Handle customer complaints in coordination with technical & quality teams.

Technical Support & Training



Advise customers on electrode selection, storage, and usage. Conduct training sessions for welders, dealers, and distributors. Provide technical solutions for welding challenges in industries.

Market Intelligence & Reporting



Track competitor products, pricing, and new launches. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights. Identify opportunities in fabrication and heavy industries.

Marketing & Promotion



Support product launches, dealer meets, exhibitions, and seminars. Strengthen

Rathi Welding brand

through effective communication & technical engagement.

Skills & Competencies



Strong understanding of welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SAW). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
