We're Hiring: Sales Engineer (HVAC Sales)

Locations: Chennai | Hyderabad

Experience: 2-4 Years

Are you a driven Sales Engineer with a strong background in HVAC technical sales₹ Join our team and be a part of a growing organization that values innovation, relationships, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare techno-commercial offers in line with cost workings. Meet with Contractors, Consultants, Clients, PMCs, and Architects to market our products and generate enquiries. Work on product approvals and ensure inclusion in vendor lists.Deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product fit and benefits. Provide technical support, product education, and custom design inputs.Coordinate with internal teams to align production with client requirements. Ensure timely follow-ups for purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payment collections (DSO management). Promote our existing product portfolio and contribute to the launch of new products .Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new market opportunities. Stay updated through workshops, conferences, industry publications, and professional networks.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in HVAC technical product sales. Strong understanding of the local market with a network of Contractors and Consultants. Ability to independently lead sales and marketing for the region. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
