Job Overview:





Lubi Electronics is looking for an experienced and motivated

Sales Engineer

to promote and expand our

Linear Motion Products

business across the

North Region

. The role involves new business development, customer relationship management, and providing technical solutions to meet client requirements.


Products Handled:




Linear Bearings

Linear Guides

Linear Ball Screws

Gauges



Education Required:




Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering

or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:




Identify and develop

new business opportunities

across the North Region. Build and maintain strong relationships with

existing and potential customers

. Understand customer applications and recommend

technical solutions

using linear motion products. Prepare and deliver

presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals

. Coordinate with

engineering and production teams

to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled. Achieve assigned

sales targets

and support overall business growth. Monitor

market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

.

Required Skills & Experience:




Minimum

4 years of experience

in sales of industrial or engineering components. Strong technical knowledge of

Linear Bearings, Linear Guides, Ball Screws, and Gauges

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation

skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working

independently

. Strong

problem-solving skills

with a customer-first mindset.
