Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell construction equipment, trucks, or tractors in the assigned territory.
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
Conduct product demonstrations, provide technical support, and explain features/benefits to clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth delivery and post-sale support.
Keep updated records of client interactions, leads, sales funnel, and market feedback.
Stay updated on competitor products, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven sales experience in
Construction Equipment / Truck / Tractor
industry is
mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
Ability to understand technical products and deliver customized solutions
Willing to travel extensively within the region
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Educational Qualification:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech / Graduation in Mechanical, Automobile, or any related field (Preferred)
