Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to promote and sell YORK air-cooled and water-cooled chillers to HVAC consultants, contractors, and end customers. The role involves technical sales, project coordination, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify prospective customers and generate sales leads for YORK chillers and related HVAC equipment.
Prepare a product presentations.
Conduct site visits for requirement gathering and sizing of chiller systems.
Collaborate with OEM and internal service teams for project execution and customer support.
Maintain regular communication with consultants, contractors, and facility owners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering.
1-3 years of experience in HVAC equipment sales (chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, compressors, etc.).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
