To drive sales, develop customer relationships, and provide technical and commercial support for C-Class products such as fasteners, consumables, and other small industrial components, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and sustainable market share.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory and industry segments.
Promote and sell C-Class products to existing and prospective customers.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to explain product features and benefits.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company guidelines.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial queries.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs and resolve issues.
3. Technical Support & Product Knowledge
Understand and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.
Provide product selection guidance based on customer applications.
Coordinate with internal teams for customization or special product requests.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines.
Provide input for new product development and pricing strategies.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with procurement, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure timely deliveries and service.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory levels for C-Class products.

Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering or related technical field.
Experience:
2-5 years of sales experience in industrial consumables, fasteners, or C-Class products.
Exposure to automotive, manufacturing, or engineering industries preferred.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of fasteners, consumables, and small components.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Soft Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Problem-solving ability and customer-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated with strong time-management skills.
Working Conditions
