Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
Develop sales forecasts and manage the overall sales budget.
Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and skill development.
Set clear sales targets and quotas for the team and individuals.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Sales Operations and Performance:
Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
Monitor and analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make informed adjustments.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure effective utilization of CRM systems.
Customer and Stakeholder Relations:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, customers, and other stakeholders.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Create and present regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
Understanding customer needs and aligning product offerings with their requirements.
Providing technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
Conducting product demonstrations and delivering compelling presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
Collaborating with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Contributing to sales strategies, pricing decisions and contract negotiations based on technical considerations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Experience:
2+ years of field sales experience (industrial products preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
Must be energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Two-wheeler / Four- Wheeler and valid driving license
preferred.
Candidates with
AutoCAD
knowledge will be given priority and considered an advantage
