The role includes conducting site visits, preparing proposals, offering technical support, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
Proven skills in Sales and Customer Service
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze client requirements and propose customized solutions
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred
Prior experience in UPS systems or the power solutions industry is an advantage
