? Bidding for the HVAC Trunkey Tenders. Sending inquiries for HVAC equipment's to the respective manufacturers (i.e.) Equipment like Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pumps, AHUs, Fans, etc.
? Coordinate and follow ups with the manufacturers for quotations and quoting to client with Supply, Installation & Commissioning of all HVAC Equipment's.
? Rising the technical queries to the Client/Consultant/PMC and proposing with the better efficient system and manufacturers to the client based on the price and performance.
? Attending the Technical/Commercial meetings with the Client/Consultant/PMC towards finalization of Order and providing technically/commercially in-line Bid for HVAC Package.
? Conducting an internal kick of meeting with the Project Execution Team to start up the Project.
? Coordinating with Client and our inhouse Project Execution team to complete the project Successfully.
? Approaching with the clients for new Tender, also maintaining a good term with the existing clients.
