Position- Sales Engineer (Sales & Marketing)



Desired Candidate Profile:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B. Tech preferred). Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing. Basic understanding of mechanical terms and concepts. Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Roles and Responsibilities:



Prospecting and Lead Generation:



Identify potential customers through various channels, such as calls, emails, and online research. Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.

Client Acquisition:



Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products. Build relationships with prospective clients and convert leads into customers.

Sales Negotiation:



Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals. Address client concerns and objections, providing solutions to meet their needs.

Market Research:



Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use market knowledge to position products or services effectively.

Sales Planning:



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and goals. Create and maintain a sales plan, including setting targets and forecasting sales.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):



Manage and organize customer information. Keep accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and transactions.

Sales Reporting:



Prepare regular sales reports for management, detailing achievements, challenges, and future plans. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Product Knowledge:



Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

Customer Support:



Assist customers in resolving issues or concerns related to products or services. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.

Communication Skills:



Proficient in pitching products to customers. Comfortable handling export clients. Excellent written communication skills for customer correspondence.

Arranging Customer Visits:



Convince customers to visit our company. Visit other companies to showcase our products and understand their actual requirements.
