Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for material handling products (e.g., KBK rail systems, jib cranes, hoists, manipulators).
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients in industries like automotive, logistics, and manufacturing.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical proposals, and quotations to clients.
Negotiate and close sales contracts in line with company policies.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions as per client requirements.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of material handling equipment and industrial automation solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings/specifications (preferred).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
MBA in Sales/Marketing.
2-10 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, machinery, or material handling solutions.
Compensation:
Allowances for travel, communication, and other business-related expenses.
