is in the process of identifying
Sales Engineer
to drive sales of specialized HVAC and cleanroom equipment by combining technical expertise with client-focused strategies. These roles emphasize promoting products like AHUs, air showers, and fan filter units to industries such as pharmaceuticals, semiconductor, aerospace, and other manufacturing units
The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and providing technical sales support across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Engineers identify and qualify leads through market research, cold calling, and networking events, focusing on
Cleanroom Products
such as passboxes, fan filter units (FFUs), air showers, biosafety cabinets, and laminar airflow workstations
HVAC Products
such as Air Handling Units (AHUs), air control dampers, grilles, diffusers, and other HVAC components
Perform on-site technical assessments, understand customer requirements, deliver product demonstrations, and customize proposals with specifications
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals
Responsibilities extend to contract negotiation, pricing strategies, order follow-up, and post-sales
Manage and grow existing customer accounts to achieve sales targets
Troubleshooting issues with the operations team
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial or related field preferred).
3-5 years of experience in technical sales within the manufacturing industry. Experience is not the limiting factor for talented candidates.
Strong understanding of industrial products, systems, or solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience handling large industrial clients and OEMs.
Strong regional market knowledge.
Strategic thinking with a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
