Job Profile / Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Site Visits - Understand client requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and collect input data & site details.

2. Layout Preparation - Prepare 2D/3D layouts using CAD software.

3. Proposal Write-up - Prepare technical proposals as per standard templates.

4. System Study - Analyze existing systems and suggest improvements wherever applicable.

5. Costing - Estimate costs for major bought-out items and gather technical data from suppliers.

6. Vendor Coordination - Collect commercial offers from sub-vendors for bought-out items.

7. Data Management - Retrieve and verify historical project data from ERP with project/design teams.

8. Technical Verification - Coordinate with project teams to validate technical & commercial aspects for new/repeat enquiries.

9. Design Interaction - Work closely with the design department to confirm parameters before submitting quotes.

10. Quotation Standardization - Ensure consistency in quotation, costing, and revisions per client requirements.

Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Eager to learn and grow in a techno-commercial sales environment.
