Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Sales Engineer

with 1-2 years of experience in

construction or formwork systems sales

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling

aluminium formwork solutions

, developing client relationships, and supporting business growth in the Hyderabad region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the

construction and real estate sector.

Generate leads and build strong relationships with

builders, contractors, and developers.

Understand client requirements and provide

technical presentations or product demonstrations.

Prepare and deliver

quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

Coordinate with the

design, estimation, and project teams

for client support. Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets.

Stay updated on

market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.

Requirements:

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

1-2 years of experience

in

sales of construction materials, formwork, scaffolding, or related products.

Strong

technical understanding

of construction systems. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Willingness to

travel locally and regionally

as required.

Preferred:

Prior experience in

aluminium formwork system sales

or

construction equipment sales.

Knowledge of

construction project cycles and key decision-makers

in the industry.

Salary:

As per industry standards + Incentives

Immediate or within short notice

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
