The Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting the business development team in promoting DEC Industries' formwork and infrastructure products. The role involves understanding technical requirements, assisting in preparing proposals, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients in the construction and infrastructure sector.
Learn and understand the company's formwork systems, products, and technical specifications.
Prepare quotations, technical presentations, and proposals under guidance from seniors.
Visit client sites to understand requirements and provide basic technical support.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and payments with clients.
Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams for technical and commercial discussions.
Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
Maintain customer database and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Develop communication and negotiation skills through regular client interactions.
Required Skills:
Good communication and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of construction materials or formwork systems (preferred).
Strong interest in sales, marketing, and client relations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Self-motivated and willing to travel for client visits.
Qualification:
B.Tech / B.E. (Civil / Mechanical / Industrial / Any related discipline).
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales or construction industry can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
